    headed to this place for some american bbq pork and beef brisket sandwkchs. OG place. been around for like 40 years. outside table seating. exterior has old western saloon vibe. clean. few parking places. simple menu of american bbq meat sandwichs and sides like beans and baked potato. decided on pulled pork sandwich and baked potato toppwd with cheese and beef brisket. total damage $25. meat is premade. waited 10 minutes and got the food. and tthe verdict? its good meats and potato were tender and portjons huge and food temp was good hot. sauce had good tang. try this place out.

    I've ate at Pecos before but today was my first time trying the smoked sweet potato with the brisket, so delicious. I will definitely be back!

    This is the only bbq joint I've been to with a drive through. I love the brisket here with a warm cup of bbq sauce. Will definitely come back for more. I'm not too much of a fan of the Mac n cheese though. It was too firm.
